The Sales and Service Training Institute at Tomorrow’s Workplace provides comprehensive training programs in Sales and Customer Service. These programs cover a wide variety of skills that help unemployed and employed individuals become more proficient and enhance their skills when dealing with the public. Over the years these programs have been very effective in increasing the efficiency and overall performance of the graduates. The Institute was developed in partnership with the National Retail Federation Foundation, the education and research division of the National Retail Federtion.
As part of the curriculum at the Sales and Service Institute, participants can take a two-hour computer based National Certification exam in Customer Service. Developed by the Sales & Service Voluntary Partnership, under the auspices of the National Retail Federation Foundation, the standards are transferable across various sectors of the economy. The standards address work-oriented and worker-oriented components that promote excellence in customer service & sales and help to develop a workforce capable of meeting the expectations of high performance companies.
